Use colored pencils on top of the watercolor layer to complete piece. This is a 2-part course. Take part#1 to participate in part#2.
Please bring the following supplies
Watercolor paper: preferably 100% cotton, hot or cold press (not rough press).
Artist grade colored pencils
Pencil sharpener
Photo of your subject
Limited additional supplies will be available to share.
