    🌸 Spring Into Art 🌸 Members Art Show We warmly invite our members to participate in Spring Into Art, a one-day art show celebrating handmade creativity and the return of spring. Show space is now filled.. 🗓 Event Details Date: Saturday, April 18 Time: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Location: Sacred Heart Parish Hall 1061 Springfield Street Feeding Hills, MA 🛠 Setup Information Friday, April 17 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Each artist will be provided with: One 8-foot table if needed ( fill check box on form) One chair Artists may also bring display grids up to 6 feet long for hanging artwork. 👉 Please use black table coverings for a clean, uniform presentation. ☕ Food & Refreshments St. Martha’s Guild will have breakfast and lunch available for purchase throughout the day. 📣 Promotion & Advertising Our show will be promoted through: Social media Local newspaper coverage Street signage (placed one week prior to the event) In addition, Sacred Heart Parish will feature the Spring Into Art flyer in their parish bulletin and distribute the information to other parishes throughout the Diocese. 🎨 Artwork Guidelines All work must be handmade and of professional quality No kits Original works, prints, and giclée's are welcome 💵 Booth Fee $20 per artist Show space is now filled..     Pioneer Valley Art Festival Presented by the Agawam Community Artists and Artisans (ACAA) Artist & Artisan Information: Participation Requirements Artists and artisans must be present both days of the Festival. Students may participate for free, but must provide their own tent and booth setup. Artists are responsible for returning any provided tables and chairs to the Hall at the close of the Festival. Categories We welcome original work in the following categories: Acrylic Watercolor Oil Mixed Media Sculpture Metal Art Photography Clay & Pottery Fiber Arts Jewelry Furniture Woodworking Glass Authors/Writers Fashion Artisan work must be: Original and handmade by the artisan Of professional quality Not permitted: Kits Food items Soap Candles AI-generated artwork Accepted: Prints and giclée's of original artwork. Artist Demonstrations This year we will feature a dedicated demonstration area for artists and artisans who wish to demonstrate their creative process. The demonstration area will be located on the Pavilion in front of the Mosaic. If you are interested in demonstrating your work, please indicate this on the registration form. Demonstrations are a great opportunity to attract visitors and showcase your techniques. Display Requirements To maintain a consistent appearance: Artists located in the middle aisle of the Hall and the middle aisle of the Pavilion are asked to use black table coverings (cloth or black plastic). Security & Booth Sitting Security will be present Friday night. Booth sitters will be available during the Festival. Please see Festival volunteers at the Information Booth if assistance is needed. Parking: Loading & Unloading Easy loading and unloading is available. Artists in the Hall may use the two rear doors for convenient access. After unloading, please move your vehicle so parking near the Festival buildings remains available for guests. Parking is available: In the rear parking areas Near the main entrance of the lot Handicap Parking Several handicapped parking spaces are located near the Pavilion. Please leave these spaces available for guests who need them. Parking on the Grass Area Artists displaying near the logs in the parking lot area must move vehicles to the main parking lot after unloading for the safety of visitors and the Historical area. ATM An ATM is available at the entrance of the Hall for Festival guests. Photography Photos will be taken during the Festival for future promotional use.
