Join kids and adults at our Agawam Rocks tent and paint a free rock for your garden and one for the School Street Park garden. Agawam ROCKS is a community-driven initiative in Agawam, Massachusetts, focused on spreading kindness, creativity, and connection through painted rocks. Activity: Participants of all ages paint inspirational scenes, positive messages, or colorful designs on rocks and hide them around Agawam for others to find, photograph, and re-hide. School Street Park Garden: The Town of Agawam has funded a rock garden under an elm tree at School Street Park. This elm tree symbolizes the Boston Liberty Tree planted on the Boston Common in 1646. The tree served as a rallying point for the Sons of Liberty, sparking the American Revolution.
