Scholarship Winners:

Zoe Holland – 2023

Zoe, a 2023 graduate of Springfield Central High School, was awarded a $1500 scholarship.  Zoe plans to attend Framingham State University as a studio art major with a minor in education.  Zoe shared with the scholarship committee that art has always been a positive outlet for her.  She spoke very highly of her high school art teacher who helped her build her confidence as she explored new mediums and new techniques.

Emily Navarro – 2023

Emily, a 2023 graduate of Springfield Conservatory of the Arts, was awarded a $1500 scholarship.  Emily plans to attend Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts.  She hopes to pursue a career in digital art in the illustration/animation field.  Emily shared with the scholarship committee that she has always loved to draw and develop characters and hopes to share this with the world in some way.

 Jocelyn Coyne – 2022

Jocelyn Coyne, a graduate of West Springfield High School, was awarded our first $1000 scholarship. She, has been accepted to UMASS Dartmouth to study in their College of Visual and Performing arts, where she will major in Graphic Design. After having met Joycelyn, we were impressed by her interest in trying many different mediums and her passion to express herself and the world around her through art.
